0Material Master Data

Hi,

I am going to update the master data with some attributes(new values) but  the new values have not up updated in the masterdata.

Options tried by me:

           1)   Attr change run

            2) Activate master Data(0Material)

             3)  Tried with Dtp with duplicate records and done master data activation.

Should I delete total data in the target and upload full load? how much effect this on system.

System details:

Production: BW 7.3 on HANA sp5

Please advise ASAP.
